Hmmm...i'm not sure why i want to tell you this but to tell you the truth it keep on nagging at me to post it in this blog. (yeah...sound crazy right? but hei...i'm not!!!) Anyway, this adventure (well not really quite the adventure you see in movies or in cartoon or if you like in novels - but still an adventure nonetheless or rather an unfortunate one) took place few week ago...it started like this:
It was early in the morning and i was reading the newspaper (especially the advert section) to look if there was a part-time job or full-time job being offered and luckily there was and it was for the position of tour guide. It sound exciting so i planned to apply. Well...the only problem at that time was i don't have transport..so i decided to delay it first but then my phone rang and it was my friend - Nana - sms-ing me about the same job that i wanted to apply. (coincidence? miracle? Hmm...) anyway after sms-ing back and forth, we decided to apply for it and Nana (so very kind of her - nana that's a compliment!!! don't you dare think otherwise!!!) decided that we go to the tour agency (to send our cv) using her car.
So to make the story short...there we were on the way to the tour agency which i might say located somewhere in kiarong (i won't tell which one) and we were talking about minor stuffs and laugh a lot (not that we're mad!) when at one point we were uncertain of the way to the tour guide agency. Well we were supposed to turn right at the traffic light but instead we go straight which leads to i'm not sure where but definitely not to the tour guide agency...and me being me - who very rarely go out from my house - thought we got the right way until we notice the 'simpang' (malay word) number which was actually too far from what we're supposed to enter so we have to turn around and get back to the traffic light and enter the right way (road) to the tour guide agency.
Ok, so now we're on the right way...the only problem now was finding the right 'simpang' - 146 if i'm not mistaken. So as we drive along...we look for the 'simpang' number. And it started with 33...39...45...50...60.... ---- ...139...140...142...144...146....150....eh? wait limpas lah!!!!!! go back...go back...it turn out that we simply miss the simpang!!!! Don't know what happened...we simply pass the simpang. And so Nana (she's the driver) had to find a way to turn around and suprisingly enough she chose this simpang and somehow the road was muddy!!!! (erm...not criticizin u ah Nana). Nana who just realised the muddy road well...groan...(i think...i'm not sure...mayb she laugh?) well obviously not happy but frustrated really...but then since the road was a narrow one, she having no choice, decided to just ran through the mud (as a result the car obviously become dirty), and decided to turn around at one of the houses found along the road...well the turning around was going well (no problem at all) it was only when we were about to go out from the house lawn - er parking area actually - that another unfortunate event was about to occur - well...the car almost (almost!!! note this carefully) plunge down the ditch!! Luckily Nana with her good reflex and instinct stop the car (Hooray for Nana!!!!!)...whew!!!! Scary!!!! Well...after that nothing happened...we reached the tour agency safely, send our cv and go home without a single unfortunate event...
The end.
p.s. Nana if you read this i'm not criticizing you...i'm not implying anything - not a thing - i just treat it as an adventure - well an unfortunate one - and that's all...(",)
